Synchronize your entire family with this fun and dynamic yoga class! Co-led by Deanna and her daughter Amaya, we will explore traditional yoga techniques through fun games, interactive songs and partner poses. In this class, adults will leave with additional tips to replicate these techniques at home. An added bonus of bonding with your family means lots of smiling faces!
The benefits from yoga range from increased flexibility and physical endurance to a decrease in stress and hyperactivity. Our children, unfortunately, are routinely pressured through school and their social circles. Yoga is a healthy and fun way to relieve these pressures.
