A workshop to process vicarious trauma and other negative energies related to ongoing violence and hatred. In support of the Black Lives Matter movement. We will explore the ways in which fear shows up in our bodies, and how through yoga and meditation, it can be handled and managed successfully.
Participants will leave with a renewed sense of empowerment; able to deal with what seems to be such a prevalent and powerful emotion within our society.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, especially beginner yogis.
